Banana cake

Banana cake is one kind of Cake such as snacks and it’s not  a stranger to the majority of Vietnam, especially for those who are students or student. They often enjoy this cake after the school day at the restaurant on the sidewalk. But at the very distant Islamic country where banana cakes are also available. It is often eaten on holidays. The characteristic of this cake is the county dates. Let me make this cake.

Material :

Olive oil
300g fresh dates, chopped
3/4 cup water
Butter 150g chopped Profile
3 cups flour self-floating (self-raising)
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 medium-sized ripe bananas, mashed
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
powdered sugar

Making:
1. Open the oven prior to 180 degrees C. Apply 1 coat of oil to the pan. For dates, water and butter in one pot and boil at medium heat
2. Turn off heat, stir the butter melts slightly, to about 5p to cool
3. Mix flour with 1 large bowl seems to make the hole in the middle, slowly rub the mixture is in the middle, add bananas, eggs and vanilla, mix for all truth are merged together
4. Use a spoon mixture into molds, baking them in 25p or until golden brown bread and stabbed toothpicks into wet swab stick. Remove from the oven, let stand about 2-3p then pour the cake out of the mold. Cover the cake flour 1 thin layer of sugar
