Roast Pork Roll

This is a type of bread that available  in Tour  Les Jours ‘s store such as I often see them, but they make the hard coating and like the puff rather than roll style, and inside layer was the beans green tea. Crackers and this’s a delicious hot food’s. Instead of the inner layer sweet, this is put the  salt with grilled or char siu meat inside, mince pork bologna or also, That’s an Asian flavors created from a western cakes.

Material:
– 350g bread flour / high-protein flour
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 15g milk powder
– 50g sugar
– 25g butter
– 1 egg smashed
– 1 1/2 tsp yeast blooms
– 150ml warm water
– 1 tsp sugar
– Roasted sesame seeds
– 1 egg yolk 1 tbsp water + salt + 1 (to spread outside of the cake)

Staff:
– 150g barbecue pork / beef fried diced
– Diced pork bologna
– 1 onion, chopped
– cooking oil
– Soy sauce, sugar

Making:
