Grinded Pork Stuffed Squids

So, the “ancestor celebration” day is coming soon, It’s only a little more time the year’s end. I plan to cook a delicious dish to entertain the whole family at Christmas but It can on that day my family will have a banquet, if I cook any dishes that are there to make sure my mother will not be happy . For me, Christmas is more than just a little bit normal day because indoor tree decorations will not, will not have turkey and not the whole cake, “wood”, which is different every city lights and decorations all where are Jingel Bell. Today though not Christmas but this dish will give you the oldest colors!


  • 1 kg of squid.
  • 2 ounces ground pork
  • 1 small onion.
  • 1 small cassava.
  • 2 of Wood ears.
  • 1 package of small kind of vermicelli (dried noodles).


Squid are washed and stripped of its skin, you just get a black bag on its head. Facial toner so that you keep stuffing inside a moment for beautiful food.

Chopped onion and cassava.

Wooden ears and vermicelli soak until they puff up, then shredded.

Use the mixture (had just been chopped) and mix them with ground pork with fish sauce, seasoning, pepper.

Marinate all mixed in about 30 minutes.

Bring the mixture stuffed inside the squid, stuffed tightly and then reload the head and beard of squid ink inside. You use the toothpick to pinned, Bring them fried with a low heat until cooked food is satisfactory.
